We have some wonderful spaces spread out over the three floors of The Lord Napier Star.
You can be in the sun, near to the bar or overlooking the beautiful street art of Hackney Wick.
All of these are available to all walk-in customers, seven days a week.

Ascend the pink staircase and find yourself on our rooftop.
With its own bar and 360 degree views of Hackney Wick, it’s fitting that the jewel in our crown sits at the top of our building.

Our garden is covered on all four sides so you’ll instantly feel the privacy and intimacy of the area. This industrial feeling courtyard is the perfect place to soak up the summer sun and is open to all.

You’ll find our Blue Bar on the first floor. Its art deco style gives the Blue Bar an elegant setting that can accommodate up to 80 guests for any occasion.

We have a wide selection of spaces in the main bar space. These are suitable for 10 – 70 people. You’ll be right next to the bar and the DJ booth, meaning you are first to the bar and the dance floor, right in the heart of our lovely atmosphere.

I’m playing “pub disco” at the lordnapierstar in Hackney Wick tonight, 9pm - 01:30am. FREE ENTRY.
I wanted to post a cool pic I took of manpowermusic posing outside The Lord Napier back in 2015 (when it looked like pic 3), in his elusive days, when no one knew what he looked like. He was looking down with a cap on, face out of view. Right cliched edgy Hackney Wick promo shot. It was for his Topazefemiro European tour with Rebolledo.
That night reviveherrecords hosted the topazdeluxe LONDON date with manpowermusic and rebolledodesign at efessnooker.bar in Dalston.
We tried to recreate the topazdeluxe DJ booth. These first two pics are from that night.
Fast forward 6 years and The Lord Napier reopened its doors for the first time in 26 years. It’s been squatted and raved in; now restored in to a quality boozer.
I’ve lived in Hackney Wick for 11 years. So it’s the first time we’ve had an actual pub in the area and tonight will be my first DJing there. Big up robstar_pubs (last pic) for the restoration.

electricstarpubs have taken over & revived the Lord Napier which had been closed for 26 years! The newly opened lordnapierstar is already becoming a fave with locals & I can see why. We loved the vibe, the pub & rooftop terrace were buzzing!🍺🥃
The Thai street food by krapowldn was absolutely banging! They offer a varied menu of small plates & mains, from traditional Thai dishes to burgers with a Thai twist🇹🇭
We ordered:
🍆Grilled Aubergine Steak (vg) - served with leaves and an citrus & chilli glaze
🍟Thai Fries (vg) - crisp fries in sriracha seasoning loaded with sriracha mayo, coriander, lime & chilli flakes🤤
🍛KrapPow - Pork, chilli & basil stir fry served with a fried egg & jasmine rice
🍔Vegan Chicken Burger (vg) - with Asian slaw & sriracha mayo
🥃We also enjoyed a few malfygin G&Ts

The portions were super generous, so arrive hungry. We were gutted to not be able to finish everything! The KraPow was so flavourful, I can see why they named themselves after this epic dish. I enjoyed every bite🤤 My friend devoured her burger, she said it was the best vegan burger she’d ever had! 🍔
We defo need to come out in East London more often!
