London is full of iconic buildings, and we’re pretty confident when we say that the Lord Napier Star is certainly the focal point of Hackney Wick, and has been for decades.
We’re the only pub in Hackney Wick, and we’re pretty hard to miss, we’re the one covered in graffiti.
We’re incredibly proud to host some of London’s most delicious and creative food traders. Our current guest kitchen is Oh My Dog!, known for their legendary hot dogs and more. Plus we offer a legendary selection of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
Not to big us up too much… but we’re quite literally a work of art. Every inch of our outside facade is covered in graffiti and political messages, an image we wanted to preserve when renovating and carry through inside.

Closed as a pub for the past 25 years the last… ‘official’ pint was poured back in 1996, but it’s impossible not to feel the energy the Lord Napier has. In the 25 years it wasn’t a pub it hosted countless raves, squatters and good time gals and guys looking to keep the party going – now it’s our turn and we’re happy to keep those party embers burning.
