Red Dog BBQ

Red Dog brings authentic Texas barbecue to the UK. They smoke the best cuts of meat fresh every day using smokers and hickory wood imported from the United States, including USDA brisket, St Louis cut pork ribs, and Boston butt. Alongside their signature barbecue, they serve Nashville Hot Chicken and burgers, with patties freshly ground from the finest aged cuts.

Red Dog! Sunday Roast

We take roasts very seriously, something we share with kitchen residents Red Dog! Pick from 45 day aged prime rib, free rang chicken, 21 day aged pork belly or vegetable wellington. All roasted over hickory the traditional way. All served with Yorkshire pudding, roasties, a selection of tasty veg and gravy by the bucket.
